What this mentorship actually looks like...
A one-on-one, hands-on mentorship working through a full curly appointment together, with real-time explanation and guided problem-solving — followed by a hands-on portion where you practice what you’ve learned.
what's included:
You’ll bring a curly model, and we’ll work through the entire appointment together — slowly and intentionally.
We’ll cover consultation and hair assessment, cutting with intention, styling and product decisions, and adjusting in real time based on the hair in front of us. I’ll talk through my thinking as we go, and you’re encouraged to ask questions throughout. This isn’t about copying a method or following a chart — it’s about learning how to think through curly hair and make confident decisions behind the chair.
This mentorship is best for stylists who are already working behind the chair, want deeper understanding instead of more rules, and are ready to slow down and actually think through curls. Sessions are intentionally one-on-one to allow for meaningful learning and honest dialogue.
