This appointment is where we slow things down and get it right. It’s a dedicated session to understand your curls, cut them with intention, and set you up with a routine that actually works at home.

I work with your natural curl pattern, reset the hair with a detox cleanse, and walk you through styling so you’re not guessing once you leave. This isn’t a quick trim or a one-day result — it’s about building a foundation that makes your hair easier, more predictable, and far less frustrating long term.

Customized Treatments

Treatments can be booked on their own or added to a maintenance cut. All treatments include a full style.

A focused scalp treatment to cleanse, rebalance, and refresh the scalp and hair. Ideal when buildup or scalp issues are affecting how your curls behave. Finished with a full style.

Maintenance Curly Cut

For maintaining their shape, length, or overall balance.

Includes a curly haircut, shampoo, condition, and full style. Gloss or conditioning treatments can be added if needed.

Established Client Services

These services are for clients who have already been seen and serviced. At this stage, the focus is maintaining your curls, keeping things consistent, and supporting the plan we’ve already built together.

Express Curly Cut

A dry curly haircut for established clients who need a shape adjustment.

No shampoo, condition, or styling included. Best for clients who already know their routine and just need the cut.

Deep Moisture + Oil Cleanse

$80

An oil cleanse designed to remove buildup from oils, butters, silicones, and waxes, followed by shampoo, conditioning, and a full style.

Plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. Come with your hair in its natural state, ready to talk through what’s working, what’s not, and what you want to change.

This time is set aside for focused, intentional work — whether that means conversation, quiet, or time to read, the goal is a calm, uninterrupted appointment from start to finish.

Are you accepting new clients? +

Yes. New clients are always welcome and begin with a New Client Curly Cut. This first appointment gives us the time to understand your hair and set a clear foundation moving forward.

Do you offer curly cuts to everyone? +

Yes. I work with all genders and ages.

Every head of curly hair is different, so each cut is approached individually based on your hair, routine, and goals — not a one-size-fits-all method.

How often do you recommend maintenance appointments? +

That depends on your goals, lifestyle, and how you wear your hair.

Most clients book anywhere from every three months to once a year. We’ll talk through what makes the most sense for you and adjust as needed.

How long is a typical appointment? +

New Client Curly Cuts are scheduled for two hours.

Established client maintenance appointments are typically an hour and a half.

Additional time or treatments can be added if needed.

What forms of payment do you accept? +

All major credit cards and tap-to-pay are accepted. I do not accept cash.

If we talk about products during your appointment, you’re never expected to purchase on the spot. I can send links afterward if you’d like to shop on your own time.

What should I know before my appointment? +

To keep appointments focused and uninterrupted, guests are asked to attend their appointment alone unless another person is also receiving services. This includes children, partners, and friends.

Caregivers or caretakers are the exception.

This time is set aside for you and your hair. Whether that means conversation or quiet focus, the goal is a calm, intentional appointment from start to finish.

If you prefer a low-conversation or quiet appointment, just note it when booking or text ahead of time.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments changed with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, which must be paid before booking any future appointments. This allows me to protect my schedule and serve all clients fairly.

Post-Appointment Support

After your appointment, you’ll receive a follow-up email once you’ve had time to wash and style your hair at home. If something feels off with your cut, please text me within 7 days at (937) 475-6594 so we can address it.

Adjustments are made within this window to ensure everything is working as intended.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted to stay on schedule, without a price adjustment.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled, and a rescheduling fee may apply. This ensures each client receives the full time and attention their appointment requires.
